Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders $75 and over. Applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

A Note on Handmade Products

Every item we carry is handcrafted by artisan communities in Mexico using traditional techniques and natural materials. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or pattern between the product you receive and what you see in photos are normal and expected — they are a natural characteristic of authentic handmade goods, not a defect.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at @aamexicanboutiquecc with a photo and we will resolve it.
