Returns & Store Credit

We want you to love what you receive. If something is not quite right, you can return most items for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

How Returns Work

Return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with any tags still attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue store credit for the price of the item, which you can use anytime on a future order. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings, hair accessories, cosmetic bags, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. If you are unsure about a piece before you buy, message us and we will help you choose.

A Note on Handmade Products

Every item we carry is handcrafted by artisan communities in Mexico using traditional techniques, natural yarns, and authentic materials. Slight variations in color, texture, and embroidery placement from piece to piece are normal and expected, they are the mark of a real human hand and not a defect, so they are not grounds for a return.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit, no questions asked.
